Emefs Construction limited was established 32 years ago as a General Building and Civil Engineering contractor. The growth of the Company over the 32 years in Ghana’s developing economy has been tremendous over the years.

Emefs is one of the best wholly Ghanaian owned construction companies firms in the country having earned its classification as a Class I General Building and Civil Engineering Contractor.

Our current focus is on the Property Development sector of the country’s economy where we can confidently state we are ‘primus inter paris’ in product quality and pricing. The concept of Total Quality Management (TQM) has guided every one of our activities and involvement in projects. Our output has therefore progressed precept upon precept in speed, quality, and optimum pricing.

At Emefs, we have cautiously embraced the principle of diversification as a way of sustaining growth and maintaining the cream/core of our experienced workforce. The result of this principle has lead Emefs Real Estates in the last nine years to complete three prime gated communities with over 700 homes in the Tema Municipality with all products featuring the advertised and unique and facilities. Emefs still keeps an enviable tradition of optimum design, using the finest quality of materials and excellent craftsmanship.

 

For the next five years, Emefs is taking Real Estate to a totally different level with the development of a 1,200 home Satellite City.
